REFUNDS & RETURN POLICY

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, however, we understand that this is not always the case. In the event that you would like to return an item this must be done within 14 days. Please send us an email notifying us of your return and send the items back to us in their original condition with original packaging and tags. You will receive and email notifying you when your return  has been received and processed. If a refund is required this will be done via your original method of payment.

Please make sure you obtain a proof of postage as we are not liable for lost return packages. Also make sure the return is adequately packed to prevent damage in transport. We are unable to refund postage costs unless the entire order is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item please let us know by email, within 2 days and attaching images of the damaged or faulty item. We will do everything we can to rectify the issue efficiently.
